INL Dialer for Windows 95 Changing the DNS Numbers.   ¤  Start => Programs => Accessories => Communications => Dial-Up Networking Click on the dialer object labeled ¤ NetLabs or INL using the right mouse button.  A popup panel with a number of actions will appear. Click on ¤ Properties with a left mouse button click.  The properties sheet for the dialer will appear. Select the ¤  Server-Types tab to switch to the appropriate sheet of the dialer properties. Click the ¤  TCP-IP settings button.  Ensure that selection "Specify name server addresses" is selected.  Enter the Primary and Secondary DNS numbers.  The Primary and Secondary WINS should remain set to zeros Click ok to make the changes permenant.
