INL Dialer for Windows 95/98/ME Changing the Phone Number. Area Code: 732 201 609 908 973 Exchange:   ¤ Start => Programs => Accessories => Dial-Up Networking Click on the dialer object labeled ¤ NetLabs or INL using the right mouse button.  A popup panel with a number of actions will appear. Click on ¤ Properties with a left mouse (normal) button click.  The properties sheet for the dialer will appear. On the general tab of that sheet you may change the phone number.  Enter the 10 digit local netlabs dialup number. Uncheck "Use country code and area code". Click ok to make the changes permanent.
