Click on Accounts

Click on the Mail Tab.

Highlight your mail account. 

Click Properties

On General Tab

Name: Enter Full Name
Email Address: jdoe@netlabs.net

Click on the Servers Tab

Both Mail Servers are mail.netlabs.net
Log on with your username. This is the first part of your email address.

Click on the Connection Tab

Select Connect using my phone line.
Dial-up Networking Connection: Netlabs

Click OK

Click Close
